Hi, my name is Sarah Ventress and I run Spacechanges People Development – a Coaching and Consultancy Business specialising in moving individuals and teams from Conflict to Collaboration.

Since 2001 I’ve worked with leaders to solve problems, deal with the tough stuff to leverage their potential to improve business and project performance.

And before that …I worked in engineering businesses supporting the delivery of projects all over the world.

In short - I work with leaders when their teams or individual’s in those teams are in CONFLICT!

I am a qualified Business and Personal Coach and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. I also have a degree in Business Administration and qualified in Neuro Linguist Programming.
